• Supplemental Material - This compressed file contains a tab-separated textual matrix format, which represents the assignment of genes to modules. The first column contains the NCBI Gene IDs of the genes used, and the second column contains the gene symbol. The first row specifies the modules. Each additional row is a gene, and each column is a module. The cells contain 1 if the gene was assigned to this module, and 0 if it was not.
• Supplemental Material - This compressed file contains an enrichment table for each module that was enriched. The tables specify the database from which the set was derived, the set, pvalue, and the number of relevant genes.
• Supplemental Material - This file contains the attributes that were enriched. Each attribute is followed by -Up or -Down, if it was significantly induced or repressed respectively, in the module detailed.
